Package never arrived despite tracking saying it did. There was no way to look up the order on the website. They offered a second expedited delivery that also never arrived and even if it did, was still outside the promised delivery date. I requested a refund and they said they would give me "70% back because they also lost money" and eventually agreed to a full refund when I disagreed about that being an acceptable solution. The refund they issued did not include shipping and they now just copy paste the same response about how refunds work.

Didn't receive order. Said it was delivered it was not. Cameras didn't show anyone at my residence on the day they claimed to deliver. Cameras were checked for 9/4 /2025 &9/5/2025.Then only returned 60% of my payment and argued that delivered was made. Would not tell me who the courier was so I could contact them myself. They are not trust worthy.

I ordered from hot topic on a website but this company took my money out of my bank account and it’s been 10 days haven’t heard anything from them no emails with my order or anything they is totally a scam now I’m out of my money a bunch of bs !!!!!

I ordered 2 shirts,a pair of slacks, a pair of shoes. The total came to $60.38 plus shipping that order was placed on August 8, 2025 I received a message on September 8, 2025 that my package has been delivered well guess what it wasn’t as they attempted to contact customer service I talk to a robot at the end of the conversation a window drop down for me to give my debit card information because they needed five dollars for further investigation and $25 to become a member I stopped went back later and try it again same exact thing happened this company rogue they play dirty we don’t deliver the ZIP Code they gave for my delivery was the ZIP Code in Milford Michigan made ZIP Code in Flint Michigan. Advise anybody considering the “Company” not to order anything. I called the Better Business Bureau and my bank there was a full investigation going on right now hopefully this will solve a lot of problems knowing for me but for future customers.

I placed the order and waiting weeks I never received the items ordered. The funds where taken out the day I placed the order. Still out the money and received nothing.

Ordered Tshirts on 7/3/25. Money taken out of bank account immediately. It is 9/8/25 and I have not received my order and have not been able to talk to anyone in customer service. Going to contact my bank tomorrow. I hate scammers!!!

Shoes are alright and style is decent, but not as comfortable as I hoped.
