Hello Deb, We are sorry for any confusion! When you claimed one of our Barrel Racing White t-shirts on 4/6, it came with a free 14 day trial of VIP membership. The benefits are linked to our website: https://fanmadefits.com/membership Since no cancellation was made before your free trial ended on 4/20, your membership has started and we billed your account $12.99 monthly afterwards. As a courtesy, because it seems that you are unaware, we’ve cancelled your membership. We have also refunded you for $12.99. We have a 30 day money back guarantee and the refund will reflect in the next 3 to 5 business days. We’re very customer-friendly so we’re a bit confused as to why you didn’t just email us. If you need further assistance, please contact us through SMS or email; we are open 24/7 Text Us: (855) 701-0832 Email us: [email protected] Thank you, and we hope this resolves your concern.
