Fan Jackets is a great company!
Fan Jackets is a reliable customer-oriented business. The quality of the Drive jacket from the Ryan Gosling movie is excellent. I appreciate the great communication from the time I ordered my son’s jacket to its arrival right on his birthday. Highly recommend Fan Jackets.

Never shipped and it’s been a while
Never shipped and it’s been a while; it says shipping takes 3 to 5 business days but I doubt they’ll ship my order. It’s always the same things with underrated companies: sending tons of emails, never having a actually great comeback about your order, your order is not shipped, etc. I’m also too tired to start that nonsense of searching my order so hopefully it arrives really and I wasn’t being scammed… They seem to pay attention to the customer, they said they will investigate into the lost parcel and might send another jacket to me.

Hi Sarah, First of all, we are extremely sorry that you are unable to have the delivery of your package as per your needs. However, Customer Satisfaction is our topmost priority and we are unable to place anything on top of that when our customers are unhappy with the services/products they received from us, therefore, we have assigned this case to our very cooperative Customer Success Manager (Joseph Michael) and he sent you an e-mail so we can serve you with the process of your choice in a timely manner. Once again we sincerely apologize for the issues you have faced but I will assure you that any of our future/existing customers will not face any from the said issues with their orders. Thanks & Regards, Team Fan Jackets

A+ CUSTOMER SERVICE (rare these days)
Received our order quickly and as expected. One size didn't work for the person it was for and the customer service provided made everyone very happy over here. Highly recommend based on my experience.
