The Fandango At Home app isn't all bad. It allows you to rent & buy movies without a monthly subscription & that's what drew me in. However, the customer service suuuuckkks! It was easier just to cancel my account than to deal with the idiots they hire for customer service any more.

Fandango is a complete rip off. Its bad enough that adult tickets are already $13 and kids tickets are $11, but when I went to check out, the "convenience fee" (which is a complete slap-in-the-face name), was $14!! More than any individual ticket!! That's convenient for them alright. What a rip off. I'll never use Fandango again and will be sure to tell everyone I know as well.

I purchased a ticket through the app, but it booked the wrong theatre. I did not realize the mistake until I arrived and was refused entry, so I ended up paying for a ticket I could not use. I contacted customer service twice, but the process was completely pointless. A reputable company would provide a straightforward way to resolve the issue by offering either a refund or a replacement ticket. Instead, everything was made unnecessarily difficult. The phone representatives apparently had no authority to solve the problem, so I was given a case number and told someone would contact me. Of course, no one ever did. Terrible customer service and an extremely frustrating experience.

This is the worst app ever. Everytime I watch a movie I have to uninstall and reinstall because it is stuck and will not respond to any commands. Most idiotic thing I have ever seen. If i did not have a large library of movies I would NEVER go there again. Fandango do us all a favor and go out of business!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The worst customer service EVER including from the Supervisor. STAY AWAY and buy your tickets from somewhere else. They offer promos and when you take it and need to exchange date of your ticket due to an emergency, they do not let you. You also can't do a refund without losing money due to said promo. WHAT A SCAM!!!!

I guess I don't need to make a review everybody knows you'll suck.

Botched my checkout, exchange and basically every step of the way of trying to buy a ticket. Don't use this site ever and purchase tickets directly from the theater.

Lindokuhle S did not do what I requesed of them in a service chat when I asked for a full refund of the cash I spent and a full exhange of the credit I spent. I then spent 1 hour on the phone with their customer service who would not give me back the credit I was exchanging. Terrible experience, they do not care about their customers.
