FancyledsReviews of fancyleds.com

I absolutely love the product its amazing. My kids love it too.

I rarely write reviews, but FancyLEDs truly earned this one. I experienced an issue with my 3 Port HDMI 2.1 Fancy Sync Box, and after contacting their support, they handled my warranty claim professionally from start to finish. Ash K. was patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They carefully guided me through troubleshooting, answered every question, verified my shipping details, and promptly arranged a complete replacement under warranty without unnecessary delays or excuses. The replacement has already been shipped to my freight forwarder, and the whole warranty process has been smooth and professional. Regardless of the final delivery, FancyLEDs has fulfilled its warranty obligations exactly as a customer would hope. Thank you to Ash K. and the entire FancyLEDs team for standing behind your product. This level of customer service deserves recognition.

I want to leaf a positive note becauase its easy to be negative. My box was having issues and the customer supoort team helped me reset the led strip in a single email on the weekend and then when i was having wifi issues you guys helped me reset my box and fix some wifi network mhz stuff. Phenomenal job compared to your competitors you guys are awesome even tho your products are expensive its worth it

Bought the sync box 2.1 , arrived from USA to uk over Christmas in a few days so amazing fast delivery . best sync box you can get and I have tried them all , perfect item - recommend

Attach an Amazon Fire Stick to it (it's cheap) to make it work. 2 months in and it's a really good quality LED's. I don't need led lights everywhere, just on my brand new 75inch. It's great!

Bought another Sync box for the bedroom and works like a charm. The support team was extremely helpful in suggesting setup options with my weird TV shape. Kudos

With every contact so far I was helped quickly and more importantly helped to my every need and am very satisfied with this. My issue was taken care of and I have a perfectly working sync box and been using it with full satisfaction. Thanks again for the great support!
