Do not buy from this company. I'm still waiting for my order which according to them,is with the courier and has been since 9 July 2022. They do not answer emails, refuse to give me a refund and offer no explanation on why I have not received my parcel. Shocking shocking after sales service. I will NEVER order from them again.

HORRIBLE. Their website says it will refund you, however, they don't. Waste of money. I'm so mad at myself for even buying anything from them.

It took 2 and a half months to get mine, when it came it was damaged. I have been trying to get my money back, they had me send pics of damaged good and even a little movie to prove it doesn t work, still no refund. DON T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Purchased product in April 2021, Today is July 21st. Still have not received it. Contacted them several times, nothing hapenned.

I have made two separate orders from this company in mis April and have not received either. I received a tracking number for each but once the items arrived in Canada I have received nothing new. I have tried contacting the shipping company but have received no response. Another means of contacting the contacting the shipping company resulted in my email being returned as address not found. I can’t determine the actual name of the shipping company so I can search online. Fancingkind won’t do anything because they purchases have been shipped. Any recourse suggestions would be appreciated. Linda

Don't trust this crowd. They send me an incomplete and unusable product, then refused to do anything about it. Waste your money if you like, but you've been warned.
