I ordered a 200 piece limited edition Stanley cup 2026 signed and framed picture for a lot of money. I got something completely different sent to me. The end result after weeks of follow up and bad customer service with no one authorized to help you is I do not get the item I ordered, I go thru a lot of work to return the wrong item and wait weeks for my money. This is the reason that monopolies get a bad name. Owners of the monopolies get rich and maintain their monopolies thru influential relationships that are cemented with financial benefits. Consumer protections are being hollowed out so that these type of monopolistic companies can continue. I hope the Fanatics owner enjoys his $ 500 Million Yacht, he really deserves it and I now know how he earned it.

I received the wrong item. The photo from the listing which I purchased showed no damage. What I ended up receiving was in poor shape and damaged. On their website they were advertising a damaged copy of similar to what I ordered for half the price (Again, what I ordered was supposedly in mint condition). What I received and the photos on this listing were identical. In short, I paid more for a damaged copy they were advertising at half price. I reached out to customer service and they were no help. Told me the warehouse said I was wrong and what I received was correct even though I sent them photos as proof. Ultimately, I would just avoid the hassle of dealing with them.

I ordered my sweatshirt on September 25, and its not supposed to ship until November 13. Almost 2 months to get product make sure people are aware if they want a gift fast or in a reasonable amount of time, not to order from Fanatics!
