Since I have never done this before, I was pleased to work with Cortney Schmid, she walked me through the whole process of getting a Cage #. Our process was complicated (at least to me), but she assured me that we would get through it and we did, I was just given a Cage # today. She kept me informed and promptly answered all of my questions. I did work with Dawn Schneider, although not as much, but my contact with Dawn was great. Both women are very professional and pleasant, and I would recommend this company to anyone working with the government.
