I’m waiting since August 07th 2020 in DM @umusicsupport and since January 29th 2021 @fhcustomercare (Twitter) for getting 10 Questions of a Better Business Bureau Case answered, bc letters, emails and fax didn’t work too for UMG staff. And as I asked @umusicsupport on Instagram in DM about to answer the 10 Questions of the Better Business Bureau Case and if I need an appointment of someone of the UMG Team when I’m visiting the UMG Office in New York🗽 I got blocked 🚫 on Instagram; and form other UMG Staff, UatUMG and Interscope Chairman Steve Berman's Daughter "Lucifer". As I showed up in the UMG New York🗽Office March 05th 2024 the reception guys were scared, asked if I got an appointment, not allowed to take the Customer Complaints and unanswered Better Business Bureau Cases Envelope ✉️ post in person and as I asked for the Executive VP of UMG Michele Anthony, bc she hung up the phone June 06th 2019 as I asked her after EMINEM's fans reactions on the UMG EMINEM platforms about the February 2019 UMG false advertised Promo Video of the Slim Shady LP 20th Vinyl and Cassette coming soon [Paul Rosenberg advertised the Tape on air at EMINEM's Radio Channel SiriusXM Shade45 during the "12 Days of Diss-Mas" Show with EMINEM December 25th 2018], I spoke only to the Security Supervisor Don Johnson and he gave me an address to bring the Customer Complaints post 🏤 to CT Corp [The Registered Agent is a live person responsible for receiving all official legal documents called “service of process” and forwarding them to that company.] Outside the Building I met another UMG employee who doesn’t know the UMG MerchTeam and took the 1. Envelope ✉️ in the UMG office. I extra wrote a note 📝 and deadline to answer the questions during my time when I’m in New York🗽in person in the UMG Office and my email address to send it to me by email - nothing about my Better Business Bureau Case since March arrived. Only the UMG Recruitment Team reached out in July and asked, if I could apply to a job as "Sales Operations Coordinator" 6 months in the NY 🗽 Office. March 06th 2024 10:20am I visited with a friend Paul Rosenberg at home 🏡 (EMINEM) in Tenafly New Jersey and left the 2. Envelope ✉️ (copy of all: UMG Customer Complaints + from Trustpilot, also from the UMG Artists Pages and Bravado, all unanswered UMG BBB cases & Customer reviews, deleted Fame House Facebook Customer reviews, also the "I hate UMG, I hate UMG, I hate UMG" Customer posts from X at "Tay (UMG) Merch Problems", News Articles: The Detroit News "This is why Taylor Swift fans hate on Ferndale", New York Post "Taylor Swift fans ‘scammed’ by pop star’s merchandise store, blame Universal Music Group", Eminem.Pro "Universal Music Group Company Fame House Tried To Scam Eminem Fan" ect. and extras) with a note 📝 of the missed UMG EMINEM Music posts for Marshall's fans/stans on the UMG EMINEM FACEBOOK ACCOUNT and I spoke with Paul's housekeeper about everything and the UMG Problems as Paul slept 😴 🛌 upstairs at home in Tenafly. After our Paul stop we drove without Paul Rosenberg to our friend Sanj at Sanj’s SmokeShop in Bloomfield New Jersey and received some lovely gifts from Sanj. We spoke about Cigars, the Cigar Business and the whole world… 🌎 March 27th 2024 I sent EMINEM's audio engineer in the Effigy Studios in Ferndale MI the Information "no updates of UMG on the EMINEM Facebook Account for Marshall's fans" including Photos about my Paul Rosenberg & UMG visit. "Houdini" was the first Music post since my visit at Paul Rosenberg in Tenafly New Jersey on the EMINEM Facebook Account from the UMG Staff. 🍀 Luckily I'm not allowed by EMINEM to buy anything from any UMG Artists Store again - I’ve Spotify, SiriusXM, Amazon… [My EMINEM UMG Philly MerchTeam "Coachella 2018 T-shirt" shopping exp. from the Tree 🌳 & 🚗 "Drive Safely-Walk Right" Statue UMG Map Shipping Point is on EMINEM's "MUSIC TO BE MURDERED BY DLX", ect. bc the UMG FameHouse Customer Service never answered by email as stated in the UMG Terms: XXV. 3. and gave me the address of Artist Endeavor to pick up my order directly in Detroit after their shipping problems to send it like the contract and our 👮🏽‍♂️ case. Sometimes it’s good to talk to Marshall directly and give the permission to use it in the music…] I also visited EMINEM at his House 🏡 and had also talked to Marshall's Security about the Paul Rosenberg & UMG MerchTeam Fan Complaints. John laughed when I showed him the printed Fan Complaints. EMINEM said they should go ahead and blame Paul ‼️ Paul Rosenberg's 🏡 House address in Tenafly NJ is for Fan Complaints in the EMINEM 🐰🎩🪄 "Houdini" post & IG Story on my Instagram and X: Lauras_account And if one day an UMG Employee got the balls to talk to me in person or answer Emails, DM's, a letter, Phone, fax or writes an apology letter to me and other people, we would greatly appreciate it ‼️

Ordered something in April and was trying to be patient and wait for it and finally got fed up mid June and contacted there customer care that then proceeded to tell me I’m out of luck because I’m outside of there 30 day window and then proceeded to never email me back again!

BIG SCAM ALERT ⚠️⚠️⚠️ They charged my card for €34 without any reason. No collaboration no products total Sh**T scam. Their website portal is total bullSh*t. I want my money back. They charged my card without telling or asking for permission. I request all people to avoid them at all costs. They will rob you off your money. I want my money back. I will keep posting 1 star reviews until they refund my money back to me.

Total scam, I wish I had done my research before joining them, but I saw them on Snapchat so I thought they were legit. After a 99 cents admin fee. They have now tried to take two subscription payments from me of about $34,00, that fee was never mentioned and therefore never authorised. They keep trying to take the money. I'm still trying to find out a way to stop them trying to take the money because they keep trying

Where should I start? Never sent the item, took weeks to respond, blamed the courier, sent pointless, repeated copy paste replies. When courier got back to me the items had never even been sent. Fame House then offered a refund which again, took an age. They're 'experiencing higher than normal refunds' So, if the merchandise you want to buy is managed by these guys, don't buy it, check out Etsy instead.

Scam. They dont even bother to actually send the stuff you ordered. 100% rip off

Their products arrive damaged, misprinted, and months late. Not sure what more there is to say.
