Dont have words to describe how they have helped me getting my order done with ADT. They had flatly refused even though I was eligible for a upgrade as I was paying them a service fee too. FAIRSHAKE came in and resolved it in a week !! 5 stars and Thumbs up !

I had an on going situation with direct TV they promised my rates would not go up due to Me being on a set income but every month my bill changes thanks to Fairshake they got me a credit I was due.

I had an ongoing problem with my internet service provider. Over a 6 month period they cut my service in half and started charging me more even though I was locked into my rate. My service was terrible and was shut off for days at a time. FairShake took my case and my ISP has turned my speed back up, taken my bill back down, and refunded me the extra they were charging me. Thank you FairShake.

Anyone who has had a negative thing to say about fairshake should think about whether their opinion is realistic. I am one of the many people who has been helped by this company in a way that I didn’t think possible. Fairshake is filling the much needed void between consumer and big business we’ve all been craving. Not only are they clearing up red tape inconsistencies to help the average American but correcting the errors these companies make and keep because they’ve grown to large to stay accurate and legitimate in their accounting. It’s sad how much we needed fairshake but wonderful they’re here. Thanks to a huge adjustment to one major debt I should never have had, I’m much closer to restoring my credit and my finances. Thank you fairshake I can’t wait to tell anyone I can about your service and spread the news that finally there’s real help.

BEWARE FAKE RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW!!!!!!! REFUND MY $120 YOU Collected!!!! YOU LIE AT&T Has not been contacted by you. FAKE!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!! THEY CHARGED ME $120 AND ITS BEEN WELL OVER 3 MONTHS PROMISED. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY SETTLEMENT. I CALLED AT&T AND WENT IN TO A CORPORATE STORE AND THEY SAID NO CREDIT GIVEN OR NO CONTACT FROM FAIRSHAKE. FAIRSHAKE TOLD ME A CREDIT OF $480 WAS ON MY AUGUST BILL. NO SUCH CREDIT NOR ON SEPTEMBER 21. ******DON'T TRUST THE FAKE REVIEWS***** FAIRSHAKE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR IM SUING YOU AND AT&T!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, Thank you for providing your details in response to our request. I’ve been able to look into this and AT&T Customer Care claims to have issued you a credit and you say you haven't received it. FairShake has alerted AT&T that you did not receive their credit and we are awaiting their response. In the meantime I have refunded your payment -- this can take 7 to 10 days to show up on your original payment method. Please keep in mind we’re a small team doing our best. MK
I signed up for direct tv and signed a contract for $73 a month. at my first billing it was $89 a month. after asking direct tv they informed me there was a mandatory sports channel for $10 that is not negotiable. this was not what i agreed to and in my opinion direct tv broke their contract and I canceled service so direct tv wanted $460 for early termination. I felt I was right so I had fairshake go to work on them and it took 2 months but fairshake finally prevailed and direct tv removed the entire amount from my bill and removed the negative credit report.

They said they negotiated a settlement with the other party but here's the scam. They then ask you for the 20% fee upfront before submitting the deal so you will be left short their fee while you may or may not ever see the money. Total rip off.

Hi, Our ability to operate as a business does depend on us getting paid. Because settlements will come straight from the company to you (often as account credit), we do ask for payment when a user signs their settlement agreement. We know this may be dissatisfying, but to us it's an unfortunate reality of the business we're in. However, we do our best to give users transparency and options over how they pay us. We offer the option to defer up-front payment by 30 days, and will delay it further if you let our team know that you haven't received the settlement at that point. Settlement agreements between companies and FairShake claimants are legally binding, and we provide ways to follow-up with the company if you haven't seen the agreed upon results within 60 days. MK
