Fairdesk scam application, After completing my standard and premium kyc suddenly got unverified and two days ago my standard and premium kyc was completed now when I applied for withdrawal, it was rejected. And just went and saw that kyc was and unverified.

UPDATE. MAY 9th and the issue is still not resolved after multiple support tickets back and forth. Feels as if I’m talking to a bot. Still can’t withdraw anything. And I have passed all the ID verifications. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because someone did reply to my support ticket, but the issue was not solved. I am unable to make a withdrawal after waiting a week, even though the fairdesk security feature says there is a 24hr hold after 2FA is enabled. Not true. My funds are being held hostage for over a week now.
