Fast Service

Good prices and order shipped faster than I expected.

I had a great experience with Factor Supply Outlet! Shipping was fast, and I really appreciated that they reached out to schedule a delivery appointment. Communication was clear and professional, and everything arrived in perfect condition.

Very happy, the order was shipped quick and arrived in good order.

Easy to process and the folks are very communicative and give you the sense they really do appreciate serving and it makes for a good buying experience. Kudos to y'all.

Very reasonable prices and good communication regarding my order.

I ordered a $512 Lucas Oil Bag In A Box Stand. It took two months, and I was never updated or told when it shipped. Arrived via UPS with the box in tatters. Lots of holes and taped areas. The Stand was damaged in several areas. Contacted Factory Supply Outlet Customer Service and was told "not our problem contact UPS". Awful experience with this company.

Fast shipping, easy transaction
