Thank you for your review, Beth! We’re glad to hear the ordering process was easy for you. Some patients do experience mild nausea during the first few weeks as their body adjusts, and many find that things like ginger or cinnamon can help—so you’re not alone there. It’s great that you’ve found something that’s helping. For questions about when to reorder or managing side effects, our care team would be happy to help review your dosing and timing to make sure everything stays on track. Please reach out to us directly through your patient portal or contact our support team so we can assist you. We appreciate you being part of Factor Health MD and wish you continued success on your journey!

Hi Diana, thank you for sharing your experience and for giving Factor Health a try. We’re truly sorry to hear you didn’t feel well while using your medication — your comfort and safety are always our top priority. We understand it’s especially frustrating since you’ve used similar treatments before without issue. Every compounding pharmacy and formulation can vary slightly in strength and delivery, and sometimes that difference — along with timing or dosage — can affect how your body responds. We’d love the chance to review your experience with our medical team and explore whether adjusting your dosing schedule or starting more gradually could help you tolerate treatment better. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] so we can help you find a solution that works best for you. 💚
