I bought the mascara and the eyelash serum. I am really happy with both items. However, I wasn't sure how to use the serum or remove the mascara, so I emailed and asked. The company rep Yuki was amazing. I had answers within hours and such a friendly helpful person. Can't recommend the company, staff and products highly enough.

I thought my purchase hadn't been delivered after Facelove emailed the delivery information....so I contacted Facelove. They quickly responded with all the information I needed to preceed including suggestions on finding the package. I did what was suggested and I did find my package hiding where it had slipped under the seat of the car!
