Can't get the company to respond. Never received order.

I ordered pillows and it showed as…
I ordered pillows and it showed as shipped, but didn’t show a delivery date. It took a week and an email from me asking what happened to find out that they ran out of the pillows. If I never emailed them, I would still be waiting.

Unsatisfactory
Why have choices of colors and designs if the policy of the seller is to randomly ship whatever they have on hand; it’s beyond stupid. Requested a refund and it has been over a week and zero response. Amazing they still in business
