I ordered a laser boresight kit and I only got a laser pointer. Contacted them and told them to send the right stuff or return my money. All the did was to offer me 8$ in refund and told me that it would be expensive for me to send the item back. Sent them a copy of my order confirmation so the clearly could se what i ordered and sent pictures of what i got. The still pointed out that it will be expensive for me to send it back an continued with the offer of 8$. Told them that it was them who messed upp the order and not me so all costs for correcting the error was on them. Haven't got any refund yet... Don't shop ther and above all dont believe what ther homepage says, they can take ther money back guarantee and stuff somewhere...

I HAVE A PROBLEM AND A COMPLAINT AND THERE LINK TO SUPPORT DOES NOT WORK.

Order never received I would not give any stars if possible. I placed an order and never received it. I contacted them and was told it was due to tariffs. It's now been 7 months and I still don't have anything. I believe I checked where the items were coming from before ordering and everything indicated USA. This is a scam. BEWARE!

I recently purchased the topiary bunny for $53 it took over 37 days to get here. Once it got here nothing matched up, the sizing was half of what was stated. I had to buy zip ties to even get it to stay together. The inside attachments did not match up the bar was bent. The steak was way too big in diameter to fit into anything, customer service was terrible. They offered me five dollars in compensation to just keep it. It is useless. I even sent pictures to them showing them all the problems.

Saw their advert for a robotic dog on Facebook - looked good so I bought one. What I received was nothing like what was advertised. It was ABSOLUTE RUBBISH and overpriced. It is just a child's toy dog that yaps and moves. Their advert was a gross exaggeration full of false claims and deceitful statements. It's a scam so avoid.

I ordered 3 Realistic Robot puppies for my grandkids for Christmas on 17 Dec 2024. I have not received the delivery and cannot find any detail in my Paypal account for them although I have been charged for them. Stay away, they appear to be scammers.

I tried purchasing an item but it jept rejecting my credit cards. After reading the reviews , im glad. Will never try purchasing from them again

I have now been waiting over a month for a retro console. The order has been lost. No refund has been issued. I received a letter informing me that they would resend the order while they let me know that most of their staff was on vacation. Possible fraud. Keep away if you do not want to get scammed.
