Should be -5 stars. Awful company and wish I had looked for reviews before buying. Bought 2 supposedly flying orbs - cheap and flimsy and do not fly. Refusing a refund unless I pay to return the orbs. Even if I do this saying will be a 50% refund due to the costs in shipping to me. Have made sure through social media that people are aware of these scammers and to avoid them at all costs

Do not buy this !!! The company refused me a refund after I bought 2 that don’t fly ! 1 star is too generous. The product doesn’t work and the customer service is a joke !

Purchased the mini wi fi cameras for security etc Items arrived but box’s inside black bag were found to be damaged when opened. cameras very poor quality, one doesn’t work, the other won’t accept downloads from the app to start them up, so can’t even try the one camera! Also instructions are very poor. Sent photos, videos, etc to show they are no good and request a refund. Told to accept $5 as a refund and then they stated they know it will cost a lot of money to return them!!! Increased to $7 after another complaining email but no good. Be aware they know you will not return the rubbish product due to costs and hassle and advise you not to as the address purchased from is not a return address!!! They say they are looking after your best interests but you get nothing apart from faulty goods and the refund policy is a joke. TOTAL SCAM COMPANY WITH NO ETHICS AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Still waiting for my items. And I've just read reviews they are scammers. Plus on checking my pay pal account they charged me for postage when it said free. They emailed me to say its been delivered. The supposed delivery date was two months before I had even ordered it!

Good job I googled this company, as they don't publish their own reviews! I was going to order their Mini WiFi Camera for £9.99 (+P&P) but smelled a rat!

Wish I’d realised this was a scam site. Ordered 2 mini cameras which came to 18’99. But was charged £22.06. Why are PayPal allowing them to use their company. Not much hood if receiving goods

This is a complete scam. Do not be fooled into buying. I made an order and realised the item wasn't suitable. I tried to cancel the order as their website said it could be cancelled before the item was dispatched. When I asked to cancel they replied that I should trust my first instinct to buy the item. I insisted they cancel but they then replied it was too late as the item had been dispatched. I received tracking info that appeared completely fake. An unknown shipping agent moving items on Christmas day and multiple depots across US and UK. I contacted the seller again but received general responses like your item is on its way. Two months later nothing arrived. Thanks to PayPal who reviewed and refunded me. Don't get caught out, avoid this scammer.

Ordered flying orb late November they still haven’t arrived, contacted the company they say that they were returned by my local post office as insufficient address which is impossible as I payed through pay pal they are now saying that if I want to re order I have to pay again if I want a refund they will take off price of shipping they payed and the loss of their orbs which they said has been returned which doesn’t make sense. Not sure I want the orbs now as they have a terrible review I payed for 3. Will not be buying from this company again and will not recommend them either
