Great sales experience. Poor support afterwards.
When I ordered my glass shower door, the salesperson was helpful, responsive, and clear about the timeline. Before the sale, I would have given Fab Glass five stars. After I placed the order, communication stopped. Three weeks later, I called to ask for a tracking number and learned that the door had never shipped. It had been scratched and sent back to production, but no one had told me. It finally shipped about four and a half weeks after I ordered it. The problems continued during installation. The header bar appeared to be the wrong one, a door stopper was missing, and only one of the two weatherstrips arrived—and it was the wrong size. I emailed support a detailed list with photos but received no response. When I called three days later, I got no apology and had to make my case on every issue. Management agreed to replace two parts but said the header bar was not their problem and told me to follow the installation instructions. The trouble is that the instructions they shipped with the door were very different from the ones they provided afterward. Management is reviewing the issue again, but four more days have passed, nothing has shipped, and I still don’t have a working shower. Fab Glass handled the sales process well. The communication and support after the sale have been deeply disappointing. For these reasons, I recommend going elsewhere for your glass and mirror needs.
