I was sent 2 items that I did not choose for my box this season and felt really disappointed so I contacted customer service and without hesitation I was offered 2 mystery items free of charge that will ship separately also for free. I thought it was great customer service and they responded very quickly. I have been a member of fff for nearly 10 years and this was only my second time contacting customer service for an issue and I think that’s pretty awesome! It can get very pricey with all of the add ons available but they are at massive discount and I just love that it’s not just makeup or beauty.. plus you don’t have to add anything extra if you don’t want to. I Definitely recommend you try it out, you can always cancel after the first box And they pretty fast with shipping too. Lots of cool stuff over the years and things you can actually use!

They left something out of my box that I choose for customization, because they ran out of it. Instead of replacing it with another item, or letting me know so I could get compensated, they did nothing and left me to figure it out on my own. Luckily I remembered everything that I picked, and this was one of the more expensive items in my box. I contacted them immediately, and they explained they ran out, and decided to give me a $15 credit to their store to pick out a similar item. The discounts in the store were not that great, and all similar items would cost me twice as much as the credit. When I wrote back to them, I can’t get a similar item with the credit they gave me, I got no response from them. So now I have to give them even more of my money, for their mistake. I’m a longtime subscriber that will not be renewing after my subscription is up.

Consistently loses packages. Bait and switch tactics. Missing products several times. I paid the upcharges to select all my items and not only did they lose my order (so now it’s reshipping a month after everyone’s gotten theirs) but I had to select lower cost consolation items because what I paid to have access to is no longer available. Fake sweet support staff “send happiness” while I still don’t even have tracking info for items due here a month ago. Not to mention you can find every single item on Amazon cheaper anyway. I’ve had support outright lie to me about selecting a preferred shipper to boot because FedEx has lost so many packages. I was assured it was set to UPS. Still using FailEx and still no products in hand this season. I’ve cancelled. I can’t deal with this crap anymore. Don’t waste your money.

Russell fixed an issue that should have been resolved the last time time I called. My last box is the fall box and I don't want to renew my annual. The incompetent cs agent canceled my fall box, I told her I wanted it and she told me she reactivated the fall box and add ons, a lie! Russ set up the fall box didn't charge me and apologized. Give that man a raise!!!

My box was missing, and they resolved and re shipped mine super quick without trouble. Thanks
