I was happily a FFF member for over five years. That’s over 20 boxes that I have received. I shared my joy with many friends, who also subscribed after seeing how much fun this company is. However, this winter package never showed up. My friends all received theirs. I contacted the company and they said the policy is to give themselves 30 days for processing and shipping . It’ll come right?!. So I waited 31 days and called. I emailed. I texted. Finally at 36 days out. I got a live somebody who told me the truth. My stuff did track at the very beginning, (by the way I never received a tracking number). He said that it hasn’t moved since the first few trackings weeks ago. He said it’s not gonna come. It’s lost. That was not only sosad, it got worse. He told me that more than half of the items that I had ordered… It was a $400 purchase.… were now “out of stock” . I feel like if they had looked into it when I first reached out that perhaps more of my items could’ve been in stock. The black Friday sale definitely depleted their inventory. I asked for a refund and canceled my membership.I thought I had Christmas gifts all taken care of. NOPE

Very helpful correcting my order when I reinstated my membership! Made me feel confident in my decision to start FabFitFun again!

What a bunch a crap. The options to choose from must be items pulled from the clearance shelf of a beauty store and TJMAxx. Beware, they advertise AMAZING items to choose from, but after you are locked in to that annual membership - none of those items are options for you to choose from! Customer service is very nice about the fact they will not do anything about giving your money back. Just don't waste your time here. So disappointment as this is what i had asked for my birthday.

Had a damaged box and FFF stood behind their product 100% and replaced my entire box and I didn’t have to request a shipping label to return the other box , purple shampoo opened up and went all thru the damaged box it was a mess but the return and customer service was amazing Thank you

Fitfabfun has been so great! I get my annual boxes in a timely manner and they are always filled with such a variety of amazing items that I would never purchase myself! Each box feels like I am getting spoiled! Even my children like to gather and watch me open each box! 😁

This is the second box I got and it was very disappointing. I received two perfumes that smelt horrible. I received eyelash serum that I don't need. Lotion for skin spots I don't have. And I remember what I was least too like. And it seemed like I got everything that I dislike. Only thing that was good was the blanket. All of the products are useless to me. I wouldn't even give them to anyone for Christmas. That's how bad it was this time. It spent ninety five dollars. I really Got nothing I can use at all.
