I got the winter box and I use all of it so far I use the house shoe more than anything it is great

I used to look so forward to getting my boxes! It was so exciting. But that wore off soon because most of the products in there (jewelry, bags, etc.) break! I cancelled my membership after 2 1/2years because I was sick of giving them more chances. I wrote the company to tell them and their response was, what do you want us to do for you? Include products that don’t break, maybe? They left me hanging. Just a warning :)

Fab Fit Fun is amazing :) It really is like Christmas 4 times/year! You definitely get more value than you pay for and there’s always interesting new products - that you might not pick out yourself but they’re always neat to try! Customer service is 👌🏻 too! Very friendly, understanding agents who respond quickly.

I'd tried this morning to reset my password. The system didn't send a link so I went on chat. Within a couple of minutes they reset the password and provided a link to reset it to a more secure one after. She also gave me the time of when the add-on sale would begin this morning. I had access to my account and lots of time until the sale starts!

I love this company! It’s a package to always look forward to getting in the mail! This is such a great subscription service to do! I love all the items in my box! The boxes are so pretty too!

I received wrong item, very cute, but not what I ordered. I sent email to customer service and got helped right away. FFF let me keep wrong item as a gift. I'm so impressed by that service.
