I only had a bad experience with the summer box. It was torn and I was missing 2 items and my candle was broke. I felt like someone wasn’t happy when they filled my box. But I didn’t let that get me down. I loved what I did receive.

I too am very disappointed with the…
I too am very disappointed with the selections for a seasonal customer. The good items are gone and what’s left has been nothing I’d really want or items I already have from last year The other items thrown into the box are much cheaper things you can find anywhere. I do feel that with increasing their pricing, the selection of customization has been subpar. If the Fall box is the same, I also will be canceling my membership Come on FABFITFUN step up your game. I use to look forward to getting your boxes, but now not so much!!

I have been and annual customer for a…
I have been and annual customer for a few years now, I have found the quality of the box has really gone down hill. I have updated my preferences several times but is still get things that i would never use. (Brow pencil's, makeup in colors that are hideous etc…) I was extremely disappointed with this summer box, very low quality and just a huge disappointment. There is usually at least 1 or 2 items that wow me but lately not so much….. I will be canceling

The box I received for June was…
The box I received for June was horrible. I had the hardest time even picking what I wanted, everything was low budget. To be honest I don't think I've received a box that I actually LOVED. If my next box doesn't WOW ME, I'm canceling my subscription.

Love love FFF
Love love FFF. The only complaint I have is somehow they got an old address ( ex husband's house) and started sending to that address and it happened twice. Both times the customer care team was very apologetic, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I love the products that come in my FFF Box.
