Knowing where you are located was expecting a much longer shipping time. We received our parts in a very timely manner, much faster than we were planning for. The part was exactly what we wanted and is working beyond our expectations.

Customer service at E-Z Test Pool Supplies is the best! They shipped my new test kit immediately, and kept me informed of shipping status. I got the kit in 2 days, but, unfortunately, it was defective. I received a return address label while still on the phone, and a replacement was sent even before they received the return. I could not ask for more, and will definitely buy from them again.

I needed some replacement spa jets which are no longer manufactured. They worked with suppliers to find me something that would fit and work with my setup. They spent weeks tracking down each and every piece. When they arrived, I popped them in and everything worked perfectly. I really appreciate their efforts and will come back here first when I need anything else.
