I started using Ezoic since July 2020. Since then, I have added three website. The experience has been wonderful inspite of some challenges. It enable me reshape my blogging career. However, I want Ezoic team to be more pro active in their response to complain the same positive way they have started.

Good RPM ... not as good as Mediavine or AdThrive, but still good, well above-average. Customer service is polite, somewhat knowledgeable, and typically responds the same day. Nice dashboard and metrics ... analytics are ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR. The Achilles heel in this organization is tech support ... especially if you are an advanced user. Horrible in fact. There is no way to contact anyone in tech support ... NONE. You have to dance back and forth with the nice, but non-technical, people in Customer Service for days before they submit tech support questions to their tech department. The tech department then takes days or even weeks to get back to customer service, who then get back to you usually without a resolution. This is not a one off, this is their SOP and is maddening. If there is one area in which Ezoic MUST improve, it is in tech support for professional users. If it wasn't for this sole issue, I would likely never leave Ezoic.

I started using Ezoic two months ago and honestly speaking I am quite disappointed with my earnings. I know that the income coming from ads depends on numerous different factors, but I feel like my earnings are just too low. I even talked to a person from your custommer support and he said it takes a few months to see what's going on. Well, after a few decent weeks my earning are back to the beginnings. ie. terribly low. I just don't feel like it was worth it.

Response from Ezoic· Oct 19, 2020
Thank you for sharing your feedback about your experience with Ezoic! The majority of publishers see a drop at the start of each quarter, primarily because advertisers end their quarterly budgets in the month prior. In the United States, display ad rates dropped about 10% between the last day of September to the first day of October this year. Ad rates will recover as advertisers begin launching new campaigns for the new quarter. You can take a look at https://adrevenueindex.ezoic.com/ which breaks down display ad rates across different countries to see whether the dips are exclusive to just your website or whether they've affected the entire ecosystem. Thanks again for your kind words about our team!
Only one problem í Script loading so slow, it affect on UX. The other is amazing

A response usually takes 1-2 days. Solutions offered are mostly on-point, but can in some instances contain a couple of reference links that don't always solve the problem. A more face-to-face rep experience would be more desirable.

I was trying Ezoic for 9 months, put in a lot of work and went away now because of several things. 1. Their support is questionable. My first support manager was reachable but was not really helpful with technical questions and not transparent, not giving straight answers. Then I got a new one, felt like I was downgraded (because of corona related drop in revenue maybe?) and replying then took between a few days to 1 week. Not enough for me. 2. Page was significantly slowing down, in tests the speed accelerator crashed some functionality of my page. Interesting is, that back-then opinion of Ezoic was that the Google page speed metrics do not really matter, but the real user experience. When Site speed accelerator was released, this opinion suddenly changed. After switching off and using Adsense again the speed increased a lot. 3. In the beginning the revenue was nice but started dropping a lot a few months later and stayed super low. I communicated that to the support and was assured, all was alright and it was the market. Running a split test with adsense showed that I even made more revenue with Adsense, so there obviously was something wrong. For me Ezoic is not transparent, not trustworthy and has a bad community management (deleting comments, closing threads before they are fully discussed...). It is a nice idea but this young company still has a long way to go. I cannot recommend it now.
