Never purchase this terrible service. They are scamming you and the product doesn’t work at all. The most they could charge for this service is $1 as it functions and looks like a beginner made it. Had to cancel classes and there is no mass refund or billing option. It’s impossible to navigate. It’s impossible to mass edit anything. It looks ugly. It’s beyond the worst program in the market and I cannot wait till we end our service with them!

The sales process was amazing, I mean how hard is it to promise the software can do everything you need. After the training, we realized every solution to our problems was given a work around or very long manual process. Customer service was horrible and since we left them our booking have increased 400%.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We regret to hear that EZFacility was not the right fit for your organization. While it appears there were unique scheduling and registration requirements that were not fully identified early in the process, our team remained committed to finding solutions and providing accommodations wherever possible. Supporting our clients through complex operational challenges is something we take seriously, and we strive to be a partner that works collaboratively to help facilities succeed. We appreciate your candid feedback and have shared it with our team as we continue to improve how we evaluate and address specialized business needs during the sales and onboarding process. We wish you and your team continued success moving forward.
Avoid. Awful customer service, no responsibility for issues and weak security features that will leave you open to fraud. Proceed with caution and read the small print in any contract and record all phone conversations.

Matthew, We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We take all customer feedback—both positive and negative—very seriously, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience. After reviewing this specific and isolated situation, we found that the issues stemmed from chargebacks related to transactions that were not properly enrolled on your POS system for the payment integration. This unfortunately, led to fraudulent activity and subsequent chargeback fees issued by the POS vendor—NOT by EZFacility. Our team worked extensively to investigate and communicate this at the time with both parties. That said, we understand the frustration. We have always maintained the highest security measures to help prevent this type of issue. Please know we’ve done everything possible on our end to resolve this matter
