High-Quality Pruning Blades
I ordered the pruning blades for use in the sawzall. I was expecting the advertised claims to be a bit hyped. I was pleasantly surprised that the blades worked much better than the new wood cutting blades. Cutting tree roots went much better. To my delight, this company offered really reasonable optional insurance against porch pirates intercepting the shipment!!! As far as I am aware, this is the only company that offers this. Wish that all E-commerce companies were like this.

Do not buy
Fortunately, the product i ordered did arrive. Unfortunately they stole and sold my credit card info and tried to run up a truly impressive bill. Do not buy from these scumbags.

Hi Brett, we are very sorry to hear that the Gen 4 Obsidian blades did not perform as expected. This definitely falls short of our quality standards. We have gone ahead and directly processed a full refund for your order (#127331). We would also greatly appreciate it if you could send photos or a short video of the blades to [email protected] so our production team can investigate what went wrong. Additionally, we would be more than happy to send you a brand-new replacement set at no charge to try out—just let us know via email if you would like us to arrange that. Thank you for giving us a chance, and we hope to make this right.

Ordered two of same products Sept 7
Ordered two of same products Sept 7, 2026. Account charge Sept 8. Got shipped to wrong town. They said they had to wait for it to reach end of line and be returned to them, before reshipping to my address. My order had the correct address on it in the first place. It’s now Sept 30,2026, still waiting on delivery!!! I have contacted them multiple times! If you’re in a hurry, or not, I would shop elsewhere.

Great products with just as good customer service !
Order a set of cut off wheels and they were lost by the carrier, Ezarctools contacted the carrier for me to trace them. While the carrier was tracking the package Ezarc send me a replacement order to make it right. When the original package was located and sent I was informed that I should keep the extra set at no cost for any inconvenience. That’s great customer service. Not to mention how good the product is. Very strong cut off wheels. You get 30 and can use each wheel numerous times. Also order the oscillating tool blades and they cut through just about everything like butter. Very happy with both products !!

Purchased a blade set with high…
Footnote: Finally Ezarc came back to me acknowledged it was on them and apologised, refunded for the blades and sent me a further set FOC ... So although the whole process has been difficult and frustrating, I acknowledge the apology with good grace and the action taken. I just hope the new blades perform better. Thank you Ezarctools. Purchased a blade set with high hopes... failed on first contact with a mild steel screw, contacted customer support nothing... left one star review and I got a response requesting full details of use of the blade with video evidence, no problem all provided. Response absolutely nothing not even an acknowledgement! So the facts are simple the claims made are false in relation to the quality of these products and the customer service is worse, my advice would be avoid at all cost! Go to Screwfix or Tool Station and buy quality blades; yes they will cost more but at least you might get some realistic after sales service if they fail.

Hi Russell, we sincerely apologize for our delayed follow-up after you kindly provided the video evidence. That is entirely on us, and we are deeply sorry for the frustration it caused. Your video has been handed over to our engineering and QC team for a complete technical inspection. In the meantime, we have gone ahead and fully refunded your purchase. In addition to the refund, we would still love the opportunity to make this right—please reply to our email or contact [email protected] if you would like us to send you a brand-new replacement set at no charge to test out.

Rubbish customer service
Rubbish customer service. No response to any emails . Order never arrived
By Lee S.
Response from Ezarctools· Oct 12, 2026
Hi Lee, we would like to clarify the timeline regarding your order. Prior to shipment, our logistics system flagged an issue with the shipping address provided, and our team immediately sent you an email to confirm the correct details so the package would not be lost or misdelivered. We did not receive a response to that verification email, which is why the package was held. When you later contacted us asking about the fulfillment status and requested to cancel, we promptly processed a full refund to your original payment method on September 27th. We are sorry for any frustration caused, but the delay was solely due to awaiting address confirmation to ensure safe delivery.
