Hello Leta, We are sorry to learn that the VisionCheck did not produce usable results for you. It is possible something as simple as holding the device at an angle or looking into the device incorrectly can affect your results by as much as 1.0 diopter. One of our support reps will be reaching out to you separately to offer more in-depth assistance, if he/she has not already done so. We will also send you a prepaid return shipping label to send the unit back, should you opt for the return.

Dear Judy, Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate all that we receive. Your original email was received by our support team on the 21st and answered on the same day with tips on how to see the lines on the device. It could have been because of positioning of the device, the resolution of your smartphone screen or even pressing down on the sensors instead of laying the pads of your fingers on the buttons. The same day you did respond back to the agent that you had already returned the device. While we were prepared to help you further, no further support was required since you sent back the device. If there are any further questions, please feel free to reach out to us once again.

Hello Maurilio, Per a previous support ticket you submitted, you were advised to confirm your account (via a confirmation email sent to you when you created the account) in order to proceed in the app. It looks like you confirmed the account this past Saturday. If you are still unable to log in, it is likely the 4 password reset requests you submitted have deleted/disabled the initial password you initially created. If the password reset link from Saturday is no longer valid, please use the Forgot Password link in the app on the Sign-In page. For further assistance, please contact our support team.

Hi Byung, The issue you are describing can be caused by having the "Zoom" setting enabled. To check this, there are two areas where zoom can be enabled. You can check both areas in setting by going to: 1) Settings > Accessibility > Zoom, then tap to turn Zoom off 2) Display & Brightness -> View -> Display Zoom -> Switch the setting to "standard Lastly, this issue can also be cause by having your text setting enlarged. Please change your text setting and to do so please go to: 1) Go to Settings > Accessibility, then select Display & Text Size. Tap "Larger Text" and switch to "off". 2) Go to Settings > Display & Brightness, then select Text Size. Setting should be in the middle of the bar. After making these changes, please force close your app so our app will recognize the new setting changes. After force closing the app, please reopen the app and sign in. After doing so the text should look normal throughout the app. Best, Andre

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry the PVT did not work for you. There are various reasons why one cannot see both lines - it can be how you are looking into the device (sometimes people turn their head when they look into the device without realizing it), if the angle that you are holding the PVT is skewed vs straight, small pupils, screen light is low, resolution is incorrect, or if there is a pre-existing condition that affects your vision. While our products work for most, we are aware it may not work for everyone. Although you reached out to support, I'm sorry you were still unable to see both lines. We appreciate your effort and will take this experience to our dev team to help improve our products.
