I have had a lot of trouble getting this product to work for me. That saying, the support was good, never making me feel dumb or stupid.

The frames came as stated, I was able to get the reading so that I could complete another order. Site is easy to work. 👍

I was somewhat skeptical at first when I saw the Eyeque product advertised on the internet. With covid-19 I was hesitant to make an eye appointment even though my existing prescription was two years old and not working well for me anymore. I used the tool and obtained my eyeglass numbers which I used to order glasses online after I checked out the numbers via a quick try on pair of specs from EyeQue. I'm very happy with the results I got and I saved a bunch of money. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who does not have the ability to get to an eye doctor or have insurance that covers an eye exam.

Works well as described. Can be a little tedious when testing, but I want accurate results, so it's easily tolerated.
