I had a hard time using the tester and then when the test glasses I ordered arrived they did not work at all.

Hello Marika, Thank you for your review! We are terribly sorry to hear that the Try-On Glasses do not seem to work well for you. A support agent has reached out to help troubleshoot the issue.
I was unable to get accurate eyeglass number results with EyeQue, they were always off by a large factor. I suspect it could be because of my permanent screen protector? Make sure you have some semi-recent values from an optometrist to sanity check against.

Currently, your individual test results are inconsistent, which is hindering our system from generating a reliable set of EyeGlass Numbers. I love the idea. The science appears sound. However I have performed 31 tests that I thought were accurate tests, but it still says results are too inconsistent. AND THEY REALLY DO LOOK INCONSISTENT. And especially the last 10 or 12 tests I did I thought went real well. I am an engineer and understand how things work, and how to best perform them. Could the device be flawed somehow. I want so badly for this to work for me.

When it took a few days to arrive I just used a ruler. My glasses turned out great. This product is pointless... sorry. I threw away the box w/o even opening it.

We apologize the process to deliver to your destination has taken longer than expected; we are based in California and understand the time it take for our packages to be delivered to our valued customers can vary depending on location. Utilizing the ruler method has proven to be effective in some cases but not as accurate of a measurement since the PD measurement is typically taken right at the center of your eye where the corneal reflection is visible when using our PDCheck device. Having the incorrect PD measurement can result in dizziness, nausea, a fishbowl effect, and/or unwanted prism. The guy tried to help, but it simply doesn't work very well.

Too many errors at the end of testing keeps flash L1

You never said this was not just for correcting distance vision. The fact you give us an add number seems to contradict this. Anyways, my new glasses using your numbers were horrible and blurry. It was obviously too strong. I was alarmed when your support person said there was an offset he could remove. It would have been nice to know about this offset before I ordered my glasses!! Now I have to return my glasses and absorb the shipping cost. I would not recommend this device to anyone. Especially if you are a combination of near and farsided and wear progressives or bi-focals.
