I ordered a pair of glasses online. I was very disappointed. There were nothing like I thought there would be even after virtual try on very disappointed

Very good eyemart express!

I went to get glasses and wanted 2 pairs as I normally get 2. I needed 1 pair immediately as mine broke in car accident the second pair was no rush. I picked 1 frame & hadn't decided on 2nd frame, the associate had me pay for 1st pair to get them done before closing. Sooo that means 2nd pair not free with coupon as the 2nd pair would be a new transaction & it can't be applied to previous transaction... I'm still at the store hadn't left, had a few frames in my hand trying to pick 2nd pair when he insisted I had to pay before he would get the lenses basically. So no 2nd pair for me. He didn't ask of offer to adjust when he gave them to me, I didn't think of it as I was excited to see again! I realized that it appeared he gave me the display frames as he didn't pull a new pair out at any point & I wiped off some goo from the stickers after I left. Well they just fall off my face constantly so I will have to go back ugh. He seemed annoyed with me as I had asked if another associate was there working that had always been helpful previous visits for the last couple of years. He said he no longer works there & that was it but apparently he was bothered with us asking & treated us poorly but we watched him all nice & helpful to anyone else. I don't know their work issues but apparently I said something wrong without knowing so it made this visit terrible & will consider other places going forward now.

I broke my glasses, so we went to Eyemart Express in Anderson and were helped by Lindsey and she was AMAZING! She has a great sense of humor and professionalism! She was very helpful and informative as we were picking out frames, and asked the right questions to help us make the best decision for our new glasses. The prices were great, and the service was super fast and I am extremely happy with my new glasses and as a first time customer, I got a backup pair for free. I can without hesitation recommend Eyemart Express in Anderson SC, go see Lindsey as she was great. I also watched Portia with other customers and she was kind and helpful as well. You can't go wrong here!!!

This company has fantastic affordable glasses. They fit well are comfortable and are delivered quickly. However, their lens quality is not good. I supposedly have progressive lens with my prescription. They don’t work like my normal glasses or prescription sunglasses in the past. I have a hard time with any steps. It is hard to read using them. Basically, I only can use them as sunglasses when I am sitting or laying down outside. I called them back after they commented on this review. I would need to drive 2 hours to have them looked at by their store. They couldn't tell me what it would cost if I did that for them to fix it once they saw it was the wrong prescription. Moral: Don't order online.

{On my 65th birthday} Kimberly {"Kimmy"} confidently understood how to find the right glasses to fit the shape of my face, patiently listened to my concerns, encouraged me to try something new, and gave me honest feedback on the look. She also freely explored, and presented to me options of getting the most of my money which was both surprising to hear based on another experience elsewhere, and very important to me.

Arrived just a few minutes late for my so sons 5:20pm appointment to find the doors locked and a sign that they close at 6pm. Employee inside holds up a finger to tell us to wait (since I tried to open the locked door). Employee comes to door and states that they no showed our appointment because they have to close early and, as she looked at her watch, 5 minutes late. She then mentioned that our patient paperwork wasn’t complete, which is BS because I had sent them a screenshot of their own website not loading the patient paperwork earlier in the day. Its also worth mentioning that I had left my sons award ceremony earlier just to go to this stupid appointment. There was another lady who arrived the same time as me and they did let her in, but she wasn’t there for an appointment just to pick up glasses. This is the last straw on bad service for me.

Liked that they checked with me before ordering, I was able to make sure the size what right for my daughter. Quick and easy to deal with.
