My husband and I were on vacation when he lost his glasses in the ocean! We thought our trip was ruined until we met Tracy at the eye mart express! She was wonderful and made the experience so easy! We are so thankful for her and the team at the location in Myrtle Beach for saving our vacation!

We’re thrilled you had a good experience!
Evidently my lenses don't match my prescription. My vision is worse with these eyeglasses than my 4 year old pair. Wasted my time & money.

Thank you! ☺️ We always love hearing from happy customers.
So easy to navigate this website! I ordered my prescription glasses and it was such a great experience. The website is laid out so that it’s user friendly with bright pictures and a ton of detail on the glasses. I didn’t know the distance between my pupils and they had a super handy link that worked great and gave me the measurement so I could continue my order. They have prices for everyone from super affordable to high end designer, great deals for ordering online, simple to upload or manually enter your prescription, and an easy checkout process. I was able to get two pairs for the price of one using their bogo sale online! I used my old frames for measurements so I’m confident what I chose will work great for me. Ordered yesterday and both pairs have shipped today, that’s fast shipping! I highly recommend Eyemart Express to order your prescription glasses for their selection, deals, and fast shipping! Can’t wait to get my new glasses!!!

I was not notified about issue with the prescription, who I upload when I order the glasses until the end of the day after I ordered. The site advertisement for next day delivery is false and misleading.

I took my glasses in to have them repaired..lady at counter said they needed new frame for the lenses she would havecto order them.i left the glasses there and told her to contact me when they were repaired. She said okay.she said she didn't need any money at that time.2 and a half weeks later ..no phone call or email.i call back.lady who answered said I never left them there.i must be mistaken. I was flabbergasted. My glasses have disappeared and they're calling me a liar.these people arrogant assholes.watch your property closely..they steal.
