I recently had an exceptional experience at Eyemart Express, thanks to two incredible employees, Jethro and Espi. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful situation into a truly positive experience. Jethro went above and beyond to assist me when I came in with an issue with my glasses. His thoughtfulness and compassion throughout the entire process were remarkable. He took the time to understand my situation and handled everything with such care and attention to detail. What stood out most was his ability to make me feel valued and supported throughout the entire process. His dedication to customer satisfaction was truly exceptional, and he worked efficiently to ensure all my needs were met. The level of service he provided went far beyond my expectations. While I was in the store, Espi, another employee, added so much warmth to the experience. Her good-natured personality and sense of humor brought a smile to my face when I needed it most. She made me feel comfortable and at ease, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made my time in the store enjoyable. Both Jethro and Espi balanced professionalism with a genuine, personal touch that is rare to find. I cannot express enough how much I appreciated their kindness and dedication. Jethro and Espi are a credit to Eyemart Express, and I will absolutely return to this location because of the outstanding service they provided. Thank you both for making such a difference!

I PURCHASED MY GLASSES FROM THE LAFAYETTE, LA STORE AND I NEEDED MY PRESCRIPTION WITH THE PD ON THE PRESCRIPTION. I WAS TOLD BY THE MANAGER HER NAME WAS ELIZABETH THAT THEY NO LONGER GIVE IT OUT BECAUSE I MIGHT TAKE IT TO AN ONLINE STORE AND BUY MY GLASSES THERE. WELL I ACTUALLY HAD PURCHASED MY GLASSES AT HER STORE IF SHE HAD TAKEN THE TIME TO LOOK. THE STORE WAS FULL OF CUSTOMERS WHEN SHE MADE THAT COMMENT. I WAS SO UPSET. SHE SENT ME NEXT DOOR TO THE DOCTOR OFFICE FIRST BECAUSE SHE HAD SAID THEY DIDN'T DO IT AND ONLY THE DOCTOR OFFICE COULD GIVE IT TO ME. THE DOCTOR OFFICE SAID THEY DON'T DO IT AND THAT I HAD TO GET IF FROM THE EYEGLASS COMPANY. WELL THAT WAS EYEWEAR EXPRESS. WHEN I CAME BACK AND CALLED OUT THEN SHE SAID THAT UGLY COMMENT ABOUT NOT PUTTING THE PD ON THE PRESCRIPTION. WELL I HAVE EYEGLASS INSURANCE AND IF I ASK FOR MY PRESCRIPTION WHY CAN'T I GET A COMPLETE PRESCRIPTION? I CALLED THE DOCTOR THOM DINH O.D THAT WORKS WITH EYEWEAR EXPRESS AND SHE SAID THAT THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THE PD ON THEY EYES. WELL WHY SHOULD I HAVE TRUSTED YOU TO DO MY EXAM. NOW I FEEL LIKE I WASTED MY TIME AND NOW I AM QUESTIONING IF MY EXAM IS RIGHT. I AM GOING TO LET MY PROVIDER KNOW THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE INCOMPETENT TO EXAM ANYONE EYES AND HAVE HORRIBLE MANNERS. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN MY SERVICES AND NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AND I WORK FOR A SCHOOLBOARD AND I AM TELLING MY ENTIRE SCHOOLBOARD DISTRICT TO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT COMPLETE YOUR PRESCRIPTION AND DOES NOT GIVE YOU A COMPLETE EXAM. IF THE DOCTOR DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO A PD EXAM AND GIVE YOU A WEBSITE TO DO YOUR OWN EXAM AND THE EYEGLASS COMPANY CAN DO THE EXAM BUT REFUSE TO PUT IT ON YOUR PAPER AND IT IS PART OF THE PRESCRIPTION THAN WHY SHOULD ANY SUPPORT THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE.

I am beyond furious. I was lied to by a bottom feeder salesman about an upgrade and I decided to go elsewhere because I didn't trust them. I wasn't going to leave a review but they just sent a text saying that my prescription expired and I must "act soon". Fun fact, prescriptions are good for a year. Lying chumps still trying to blow smoke. FYI, Costco is way cheaper. Doesn't seem like it up front but I got two pair of glasses with higher end frames with progressive AND transition lenses for $400. They wanted $375 for just one. That "free frame" deal is smoke and mirrors.

Friendly, fast, and affordable, with a nice selection. Frankie (Pocatello) was especially helpful and took great care of me and her other customers.

I would like to give Danielle from the Oshkosh Eyemart store a complement ...she has help me before and is so kind and very knowledgeable about glasses... have to say I think she is one of the "best clerks" from any store of any kind....what a great asset to your company..she really does go out of her way to help and make you feel comfortable buying glasses...I only know Danielle from eyemart .. Thank you Danielle!

Never shipped my glasses, only sent an email asking what the Axis is - so I replied "0" and attached my son's prescription. Never heard back, never got the shipment, then they cancelled it after a few days. The form that you fill out on their website does not allow you to move forward unless you choose a number for each part of the prescription, INCLUDING the Axis. Please be warned that you may not get your glasses or a response until the next day - you know, the day you are supposed to get them.

I have been a customer for a few years now, and the quality of the frames they have are not up to a great standard. I have had 4 pair in the last year that has broken, lens dont stay in, nose pieces broke off, arms fall off for examples of some of the issues I have had. The custom service has not been the great either, talking about other customers or not very nice when dealing with issues. I spend ALOT of glasses and not to be able to get things fixed when its a defect with the glasses without paying tons to fix. I will be looking for a NEW place to take my business
