Easy online order including measurements and prescription input. Had my order sent to the store near me, and the sales associate was prompt and courteous, cleaning my new glasses before he gave them to me. My new glasses are exactly what I wanted (style and brand) and fit perfectly, for half the cost I would have paid with my optometrist. T!

The glasses are great. My only problem is I feel like there is a battle between online and in-store sales. I need to go to the store to try on frames but then to get the discount I have to order online. In the past I recall a person working there seemed angry that I was using the store for that.

We appreciate your feedback. We're happy you like the glasses but we're sorry you experienced frustration with the online/in-store process. We'll address this internally to improve the customer experience. We really appreciate you sharing your thoughts, and we hope to see you again soon.
