It was pretty easy to search and order glasses. They have great styles to choose from. The virtual PD measuring tool was easy to use. My order came in a timely manner, and was well packaged.

We're happy to hear that you found it easy to search and order glasses and that you were pleased with the styles, PD tool, and packaging. Thank you for your positive feedback!
Was amazed at how good the quality and the lenses were. Came in a timely fashion. Only downsize is that they need a little adjusting on my face. Hope to do that when I am in Reno. Great price, great service!

I attempted to become a new customer at the Spokane Valley location today and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a retail establishment. The store was a little busy when I arrived, but there was no wait. I was greeted, told someone would be with me shortly, and encouraged to look at frames. As the store got busier, each new customer who walked in was also greeted and told to browse or take a seat. The problem? While I waited nearly 30 minutes, I watched the salespeople repeatedly take new arrivals straight to workstations—completely ignoring those of us waiting. I picked out a couple of frames and even moved to the front chairs to make it clear I was ready, but the associate who greeted me still pulled another new customer ahead of me. By then, I had seen at least one other person walk out in frustration, and as I left, another waiting customer also gave up and walked out. Ultimately, as I witnessed, the store lost at least three customers simply because the staff chose to help new arrivals over those patiently waiting. In times when every customer counts, it’s shocking to see such poor service. To be fair, they did seem great with the customers once they had them at the desk; you just needed to be one of the lucky few they felt were worthy of that experience. Unfortunately, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Michelle provided great service helping me utilize my insurance to my best benefit. I was only replacing lenses and she advised I could use the eyemed discount plan instead of filing and using my benefit. I can use my benefit for my new glasses.
