Hi Sean, Thank you so much for the 5 stars! We appreciate you taking the time to review our platform and services.
Emily Neary and Amanda Simes came to our plant. They were amazing. They made the process simply and accommodated all my employees. They were insightful and very educated around order prescription safety glasses.

The equipment at my plant doesn't work properly?

Hi Steven, I am sorry to hear that. Thank you for letting us know. I will let technical support know. In the meantime you can always go online to weborder.eyelation.com from any desktop or mobile device.
Unable to upload my prescription on jpeg or pdf. Could not get a hold of anyone to inform them. I sent an email as well and no response there either. It's also pretty hard to tell how the glasses are going to fit.

Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.· Jan 16, 2023
Hi David, we appreciate your time and feedback. I apologize for the confusion. Looking into your order it looks like we had one of our opticians try to reach out to you twice regarding your order being canceled due to the frame not being available. As of now the frame is back in stock and I will process it with a hot rush along with priority mail. Once again, I'm so sorry for the miscommunication please reach out to me directly at [email protected] if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you for your patience!
