Customer service is lackluster
I have been unable to contact anyone for help with my order that was placed 3 weeks ago. I can’t find a customer service phone number or email anywhere on the website. The integrated customer service options (the chat and the customer service form) don’t work in my browser.

Adding picture not intuitive
It was not very intuitive about where/how to add my picture which evidently was needed to make an order.
