To receive a product adjustment, give us a call at 1.888.308.4703 or [email protected] and we will send you a prepaid label to ship back your glasses. We will ask you a few questions to understand your product fit issues, and our team will take it from there. – Team Eyelation
Easy order process would like more feedback from time of order till shipping. Previous sets of glasses had to be sent back cause my lenses cracked.

Prescription isn't quite right. I have to push the glasses to the end of my nose to get things in focus.
