Here's an honest review

1. Used eyelation kiosk to electronically select frames. When my order did not arrive in a timely fashion, I had to contact customer service to find out that the frames were not available and my order had stalled without anyone contacting me. 2. I sent two separate emails to "briana". The first asking for a timeline, to which she replied there was none, and offered no resolution. The 2nd, asking for a similar frame substitution, she replied "there are no similar frames", and again offered no resolution. 3. I had to go to the coordinator, (Lynn ) at my work for her higher access to eyelation, in order to move this process forward. 4. Eyelation failed by not removing unavailable frames from their website, their customer service DIDN'T service 2x, and eyelation was unresponsive until I went to an advocate on a higher level, all the while wearing old frames and prescription, where my nose pads had disintegrated >8 months before. Eyelation's product quality and customer service is quite possibly the worst I have ever experienced, and it is made worse by the fact that this is a single point source of required PPE to do my job. BTW, though I have received an email saying that "Stephen" has pushed my order through and it has shipped, I have not yet received it, I felt i needed to tell my story now. Rest assured I will be in contact if my order fails to arrive, or is in unservicable condition. Thank you for asking what my experience was. I wish I could award less than one star. A.G.

Pretty inconvenient in the idea of convenience
Dislike the fact that it is so impersonal compared to actually going to an eye doctor, but you actually have to go to an eye doctor that is close to you to get your prescription. Then you have to upload it to your computer and then to the website. It would be much easier to go to an eye doctor and have them take care of it there.

Hi good afternoon I'm not really satisfied with the glasses because they're not focusing the way that they're supposed to do I am not getting the perfect near/far adjustment that my eyes require therefore in my opinion I wasted my time and money because I cannot wearing comfortable the way I was expecting it. The website had plenty of selections to…
The website had plenty of selections to choose from. It even allowed you to select the frame of you face to make suggestions of glasses that fit your face. It even had an option the allowed you to virtually see your face with the glasses on.

Unfortunately that is normal delivery times for shoes. We have had some difficulties with our suppliers in the last couple of months. Your glasses were delivered in 12 days.
