We’re truly sorry for the frustration this situation has caused. After carefully reviewing everything on our end, we confirmed that your broken eyewear was unfortunately misplaced. As soon as we discovered this, we offered multiple solutions to try to make things right: We offered to purchase a brand-new frame for you, at our cost, but you declined. We also offered to replace your broken frame with another frame of the same model, but you also chose not to accept this option. We understand how disappointing this experience has been, and we did everything within our ability to resolve it fairly. Sometimes, despite our best efforts, we simply cannot reach a solution the customer finds acceptable. We take honesty and customer service seriously, and we are not scammers. We stand by the efforts we made to resolve this matter and remain committed to treating all of our customers with respect and fairness. If you ever decide you’d like to revisit one of the solutions we offered, we’re here to help.

Hi Annie, We’re sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with your experience, but we'd like to clarify a few points. The glasses you purchased were reconditioned, as clearly stated on our website. We made every effort to ensure this information was transparent prior to your purchase. After you requested a return, we waived our usual "no returns" policy and agreed to a 20% restocking fee as a courtesy. However, the glasses were not returned to us, and despite our repeated attempts to resolve the matter, we had to charge the remaining balance for the unreturned product. Additionally, we received multiple messages from you that didn’t pertain directly to the product or return process, but to your therapist and despite our efforts to communicate and help, we were unable to come to a resolution. Our priority is to provide excellent service, and we take all customer concerns seriously. If there’s still an unresolved issue, we would be more than happy to assist you directly. Please feel free to reach out so we can work to resolve this in a professional and timely manner. Please understand but for every message you sent us. We simply respond to you in return. We hope this clarifies the situation. Best regards, Customer service
