It took a longer time than expected for the product to arrive.

This is the second pair of glasses I have purchased from Eyeglasses.com and they are every bit as good as the first pair. I have purchased lesser quality glasses from other online companies and each time, I end up spending more on 2-3 pairs of generic frames that never fit quite right. I buy one pair of name brand frames from Eyeglasses,com and the fit is exactly what I expect it to be. in addition, the lenses are better than what I got from my local optometrist a year ago. I will gladly buy from Eyeglasses.com again.

Well you sent me two pair and charged me additional $88 for the return of the second pair which I did not order you people are the worst customer service yet that money is hard to earn and you just screw whoever you can because and I can never talk to anyone worst company to buy glasses from never again you guys really suck as an american company maybe its better to deal with foreign dealers instead you SUCK, Dave Fuentes order number #BJ-5579

EXCELLENT WORK

The frames are way cheaper than retail. I initially received the glasses with the wrong lenses. I initially ordered the lenses as plain glass and then changed them to top clear glass and bottom with a correction for reading. i received the entire lens with the correction. I kept the incorrect lenses and ordered the correct ones and, of course, it cost me extra.

Love my new glasses!!! I replaced the lenses in my regular glasses for frames that I still like and ordered a pair of new prescription sunglasses too. I splurged a bit and went with the higher quality lenses, but it is definitely worth it.
