First time online ordering Rx lenses. Great pricing with my VSP, as I knew I was paying more this time around with Progressive lenses. Love the fit! And I appreciate that the transition tinting was free!

Easy online ordering, my prescription was verified the same day i ordered. Fast shipping, pricey but worth the convenience. Will order again

I enjoyed the ease of ordering from Eyeconic and being able to immediately use my insurance and not having to submit a separate claim. The selection was OK, but I felt like there were fewer different, fun choices than other online sites. It was also disappointing to find a cute frame and then realize it wasn’t in stock. Overall though, ease, ability to use insurance, and price made it worth it.

I ordered glasses from Eyeconic and unfortunately had an issue with the frames. One side of the frame is completely intact with a proper seal, but the other side has no seal at all — clearly an inconsistency. I contacted customer support, submitted photos and requested warranty coverage, but my claim was denied twice with the explanation that it was “normal wear and tear.” I’m disappointed with the lack of accountability, as this appears to be a manufacturing defect rather than damage caused by me. While Eyeconic did provide a $25 coupon, it doesn’t make up for the cost or the fact that the product quality wasn’t backed up. Because of this experience, my family and I will be shopping elsewhere for our eyewear needs this year. I hope Eyeconic reconsiders how warranty reviews are handled so that customers feel supported when defects occur.
