Their Customer service was awful. They were rude and condensing. My order was canceled the first time and instead of reaching out to me or my doctor about my prescription it was just canceled.

Over a week since we tried to place an order. They charged us and our insurance but no confirmation of order. We even linked it to VSP insurance (their preferred vendor) so now can't use our benefit elsewhere. Both their links to FAQ, contact us and help me are broken on their website. No confidence in their process or product

They responded back to my inquiry. They show genuine interest in retaining a loyal customers business.

My original order was cancelled. The reason was expired prescription/not being able to validate my prescription with my provider. When I called the doctor's office they had not been contacted by Eyeconic. I then called customer service who looked up my previous order (I dealt with this cancellation issue before then too) and she gave me instructions including upgraded shipment for my trouble. The new order went through only after I sent a follow up email with the customer service rep's instructions. The glasses were shipped but not with Next Day air as promised. When the glasses arrived they were too small. I won't be using this website to purchase glasses next year.
