Everything was very quick, and insurance was accepted. Order shipped and received in perfect condition. Overall very smooth and simple process.

Ordered a set of glasses on July 18th. Get told they should be here by August 1. Called today on July 27 and now I am told it wont be till August 18th for them to be shipped, let alone to when they might even get here. I should have stayed local and not deal with a bigger company who could care less if I truly need these glasses so I can read at work.

I will need to exchange them. I could not see out of them.

Website not functioning to complete purchase. After finding glasses frames, creating an account, added the frames to my bag. Trying to check out and my bag cannot be accessed. Waste of time. I have money. Don’t Pretty Woman me!

I ordered with my prescription and received display glasses with the logos etched on. I had to return and never received a call back
