The whole process of getting glasses was easy. They confirm your prescription from the optometrist and they use your vision insurance. Good glasses at a reasonable price. It took 19 days from the time I ordered my glasses to the time I received them.

No issues, happy with the product

We have been customers for several years now and placed an order for our yearly glasses. But we received an email canceling the order because my husband's ranges were outside of their allowed policy HOWEVER his eyes had not really changed much from the year before. Come to find out Eyeconics has a policy where if the prescription does not fit within a certain range Eyeconics will cancel the order. The sphere needs to be in certain increments like 2.25 or 2.50 not 2.37. So beware that this is not stated anywhere on their website and they will do nothing to help fill the order but tell us to go to another doctor and have that doctor give a prescription more in line with their range requirements.
