Frames are flimsy. Bought the exact same frame previously and they are not the same. Smaller than what is on the website. Prices for glasses are pricey. Glasses that I was told would take 7/10 days took a month to receive.

Give refunds when they mess up on an item, and not argu with the customers

I can’t use the readers at all. I had my prescription and sent that in. The arms on the black frames got lose within a week.
