The site was very easy to use. This was my first time ordering glasses online. I really like how you can see how they are going to look on you.

April 15th order placed, April 16th email received asking for a review...maybe wait til customers actually receive their order to give a full and accurate review. April 20th I requested to have my addresses changed and even verified that it wasn’t too late to do so and yet the shipping address listed is the old address. April 27th order finally completed and received an email stating my order was shipped...today, May 2nd and the tracking number still states “shipping label created, awaiting product” soooo the glasses I have paid for are just sitting there? USPS truck don’t stop by to pick up shipments? Oh and customer service has been just a delightful cup of tea, very short and rude with responses.

Excellent service. They made sure my order was completely correct before they finished processing the order. I paid for faster shipping and it was definitely worth it. The glasses arrived just as I ordered.

I don’t have my order yet but it’s on the way. I’ve tried other sites & found this site to be easily maneuverable I’m excited for my glasses, I’ve been looking for this particular style in other sites until I found you. I love the wide sides. Thank You
