I have been using EP products for several years and I am always happy with the results, pricing and communication! There was a few months where I had to use other companies products but they did not give the results I was accustomed too with using EP! Great products, great prices and great customer service! I only received about half of my package because it was damaged during transit. I contacted the support desk right away, and they responded quickly and immediately sent out a replacement. Mistakes happen, but their customer service was fast, helpful, and professional. I really appreciated how quickly the issue was resolved.
