I purchased the Kestrel 2700. The unit had a small issue and I contacted ExtremeMeters around 6pm my time. I had a response from Mitch (General Manager) not soon after. I explained the issue and that I had planned on using the 2700 for a match the upcoming weekend. Mitch sent out a new unit that night via UPS to make sure I would receive the new unit before the weekend. Great people and amazing service!
