Hello Marius, Thank you for the feedback! Sorry your package has not arrived as of yet. We did ship your package securely within one business day using the international first class shipping service you chose. It is still within the usual time frame of International First Class. As you can see, it did arrive in the UAE within 12 days. It is most likely making it's way through customs. We have seen many delays this year due to a historic a amount of packages during the holiday season, coupled with COVID related social distancing at the different Postal Services. We will contact the US Postal Service to see if they can trace the order for you. I hope you will see that we did ship quickly and that your order is making it's way to you, be it slower than usual due to the issues I mentioned above.
