1st off, thank you for the review. We always appreciate customer reviews even if we feel at times, they may be misplaced. We did all we could to satisfy your needs. We shipped your order within 24 hours. We shipped your order according to the method of shipping you chose. There was a delivery attempt and an offer to pick up your package within the timeframe we displayed. We promptly responded to every request you made. Unfortunately, you chose to not receive the package which you chose to leave out in your correspondence to us. Since you did not accept the package, we are not sure why your placement of fault is at us?
